PHILADELPHIA, June 3–(BUSINESS WIRE) — Microshare Inc. has agreed to reseller agreements with two global IT services and digital transformation companies, Simplex Services and Notiria, to expand market penetration of its Clean = Safe Smart Building solutions including Occupancy Monitoring, Predictive Cleaning, Air Quality, Universal Contact Tracing and others.
