Today’s guest, Microshare CEO and Co-Founder Ron Rock, leads a company that created software that kept track of routine things – how often the janitor cleans a bathroom in an office building, where wheelchairs or hand trucks might be hiding, or how many people used a conference room or lab on any given day. When COVID-19 hit, his customers began cutting back. Ron could have really freaked out, but it turns out Microshare’s technology could track people as well as it tracks wheelchairs. And today it’s helping some of the world’s largest multinationals ensure their people stay safe and socially distanced at work.

In mid-crisis, Microshare pivoted and launched Universal Contact Tracing, a wearable approach that has many advantages over the apps we keep hearing about.  I want to find out how he did it.
