TORONTO – Microshare’s EverSmart Air, our Indoor Air Quality solution, took the spotlight along with our partners e-Magic and several others recently at a Canadian event to celebrate the launch of global facilities management firm Equans reconfigured Smart Building practice, Equans Digital.
The June 6 event showcased the innovative potential that Smart Building technology holds for Commercial Real Estate, residential structures and infrastructure generally. As part of the launch, Dwayne Howden, National Director of Smart Solution Deployment, and Scott Mitton, National Business Development, orchestrated an impressive demonstration of solutions.
“It was an inspiring experience to see such dedication and expertise come together to shape the future of smart solutions,” said Dale Kehler, VP of Business Development at Toronto-based e-Magic, in a post on LinkedIn. As part of the launch, Equans Digital orchestrated an impressive demonstration of solutions, including e-Magic’s TwinWorX Digital Twins platform, which seamlessly integrating real-time IoT data from Microshare.io’s EverSmart Air solution into an interactive 3D model of the event space.
Microshare’s IAQ capabilities are part of a range of Smart Building and risk mitigation data solutions that run through EverSmart Alert, an AI/ML powered system that provides immediate warnings when out-of-pattern behaviors occur. In this case, the issue was air quality moving below an acceptable range. But EverSmart Alert also powers our EverSmart Rodent remote monitoring sensors, as well as our Leak Detection, Refrigeration Monitoring, Washroom maintenance and other products.
Guests at the Toronto event witnessed firsthand the power of real-time occupancy and environmental data displayed on a unified platform. This integration provided deep insights and demonstrated how combining advanced sensors can enhance workflows and deliver substantial value.
“We’re very proud of the work we’ve done with e-Magic in the Smart Buildings space,” said Microshare CMO, Chief Risk & Sustainability Officer Michael Moran. “And the Microshare Platform, integrating the data of almost any open-API data, whether from one of our EverSmart Solutions or a legacy device. That’s why Zurich Airport, Europe’s finest, chose our Platform to do just that.”
