Ed Barry is an accomplished entrepreneur, who recognized the process flaws that created multi-million dollar inefficiencies in the hardware returns process within the high-tech industry. Armed with an innovative business process, he bootstrapped OnProcess Technology and turned it into a global powerhouse.

Within a decade, Ed’s startup was revamping the reverse supply chains of major tech leaders in networking, telecoms, broadband and consumer electronics. His company grew organically and via acquisition on the strength of customer savings, masterful enterprise sales teams and an adaptable corporate culture. The business operates on 5 continents with 2,200 employees.

Ed sold his majority interest in OnProcess and is currently working with several start up organizations in an advisory and director capacity.
