Activity sensors

Sensors that collect anonymous data are installed either one in each room or in individual stalls or areas. These sensors gather space utilization data to better understand which spaces are used least and most often, and therefore clean the space according to utilization data.

Feedback stations

EverSmart feedback stations are available in a variety of configurations. These stations provide immediate service requests when pressed by the user, and can notify staff when a particular restroom requires attention. The data collected is published to the EverSmart dashboards and may be analyzed in daily, weekly or long-term graphical output for insights into your maintenance needs.

Staff check-in fobs

Eliminate the traditional paper posted on the back of a door to collect maintenance records. Staff check-in fobs are magnetic activators used by staff to digitally time stamp when service was performed in each space. All records are published to the EverSmart dashboards which are viewable on your desktop, phone or tablet.

Gateway

SOC 2 cyber-certified connectivity

Gateways on a LoRaWAN network gather data from the wireless sensors and uses cellular connectivity to send the data to the cloud, where it is assessed and protected by our SOC 2-certified technology Platform. EverSmart’s Alert Engine then stores and reports this data with context and auditability, creating a constant flow of secure, preventative intelligence and process management.
