Nadine is Microshare's Chief People & Wellness Officer leading efforts to fuel the expansion of the company's global footprint, attracting key expertise and implementing scalable structure as the company's offerings expand. The "Wellness" aspect of the role addresses Microshare's focus on healthy work environments, which is demonstrated by our own culture, practices and workplaces.Nadine brings significant global scale experience to Microshare. In previous roles, she was instrumental in her companies' scale from $10mm to $1.5b, from 30 people to over 8000; and into over 25 countries. Her career has been mostly in high-growth software and IoT environments, including sales and strategic business development, as well as corporate positioning and managing aspects of M&A and IPO events.
