Keith Orris is the Founder of The Endurance Group, a provider of real estate services to institutional non-profits, and venture advisory services.  Keith is known for his passion and unconventional creativity for connecting ideas, talent and capital for strategic results. Over the past 35 years he has held senior positions in higher education and health care non-profits, as well as private sector businesses and early stage companies. Keith has been recognized for his leadership in these highly complex urban real estate projects: Lancaster’s Northwest Gateway; Philadelphia’s Schuylkill Yards Innovation District and the adjacent The 30^th Street Station District, the latter of which was a recipient of the AIA global urban planning award.  Keith also advises Orange Maker, an early stage 3D Printing company.
